Dr. Phillips

Dr. Phillips is a community in southwest Orange County on the eastern shore of the Butler Chain of Lakes, named for citrus pioneer Dr. Philip Phillips, who sold most of his property to Minute Maid in the 1950s. Its restaurants line Sand Lake Road, a stretch locals call Restaurant Row.
